About

Founded over 100 years ago, Save the Children is an international organization that provides children in the United States and around the world a healthy start in life, the opportunity to learn, and protection from harm.

​

The UCLA Student Chapter of Save the Children was founded in 2020 in order to further the mission of the greater Save the Children organization. It allow students at UCLA to make a difference in the lives of children who need it most while gaining greater awareness of issues surrounding youth worldwide.

​

Active member requirements:

At least 5 hours of volunteer service per quarter

Participation in at least one fundraising event
